KNOT signed contract with Cosco Shipping Heavy Industry to build a 154 000 cbm shuttle tanker (Suezmax DP2)
On 21 of November KNOT signed contract with Cosco Shipping Heavy Industry (Zhoushan) Co. Ltd. to build a 154 000 cbm shuttle tanker (Suezmax DP2). This vessel will be sister vessel of N787, 10 year long TCP with Petrobras, scheduled delivery in Oct. 2024.
This newly signed vessel will be delivered in 2025 and start operating under a 15 years long TCP with Petrobras.
With this new building Knutsen Group will have a total of 26 new builds under construction both LNG and Shuttle Tanker.
